We recommend for participant from over-sea country to pay the registration fee via home page by credit card. Registration period and fee is as below.
Registration
On-line regisration only.
There is no registration desk to accept new registration on site. Please make sure you register online before coming to the venue.
Registration Period
Early bird registration: until June 13, 2023, 23.59 JST (UTC+9)
Standard registration: from June 15, 2023 to Aug. 31, 2023 23.59 JST (UTC+9)

How to register
We only accept credit card payment.
Credit Card accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club
No other payment method is accepted, including bank transfer.
Once you complete the registration, the confirmation message and receipt are sent automatically. However, the reply message is sent in Japanese. Please notify the secretariat office (jas55@sunpla-mcv.com) once you complete your registration and payment. We will send you a confirmation message and receipt in English.

| 2. | Create your new account from “Sign-up” button. Fill in the columns, and finally click the "Proceed to confirmation screen" button, please. |
| 3. | You will receive an email from "Medical Prime メディカルプライム”. Click the URL in the body of the email. |
| 4. | Sorry to trouble you, but please connect to the https://medicalprime.jp/?lang=en again. Please click “Log-in” or “MENU” and fill in your e-mail address and password.  |
| 5. | Scroll down and select “第55回日本動脈硬化学会総会・学術集会”. |
| 6. | Click on the red band, and enter the items, and finally click the "Register" button, please. |
| 7. | Across the confirmation page, connect to the payment page. Please click “Next” button.  |
| 8. | Please input your credit card information. The accepted credit card types are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners Club. If you wish to use other types of credit cards, please pay in cash (Japan yen) on the day of the event. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding and cooperation.  |

If you would like to participate on-site, please download your certification of attendance and bring it with you. Reception desk will be open at the following times.

Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellation after payment for any reasons.
